Which tattoos are real on Jason Momoa?

Momoa does have real tattoos, though, and plenty of them. He has a tattoo on his right forearm that says "etre toujours ivre," or "to be always drunk." He also has one on his middle finger, which reads "Diablo" in honor of a friend who died in 2013. It's a new tattoo for my best friend who passed last year.
